Responsibilities

Cultivate Relationships: Build and nurture strong connections with current Trade Pro Members and their clients, making ProSource their go-to for flooring and cabinets
Drive New Business: Proactively reach out to trade professionals who aren't yet with ProSource. Show them how partnering with us can elevate their business and membership experience
Understand Needs: Ask insightful questions to grasp your members' and prospects' business goals and current projects. Offer tailored solutions that set you apart from the competition
Deliver Excellence: Consistently provide an outstanding customer experience for trade pros and their clients
Stay Informed: Keep up with industry trends, product innovations, and home remodeling news through our extensive training resources, including online and in-person sessions, and vendor events
Update CRM: Regularly maintain and update our CRM system with accurate information about members and prospects
Achieve Goals: Show urgency and motivation to meet and exceed your targets
Collaborate Effectively: Build strong partnerships with the showroom team to enhance overall performance
Maintain Positivity: Approach your role with a positive attitude and enthusiasm for your work!

Qualification

Bilingual in EnglishSpanishExceptional Customer Service SkillsTech-SavvyCommunicationRelevant Experience

Required

Bilingual In English and Spanish
High School Diploma or GED: Your educational background provides a strong foundation
Exceptional Customer Service Skills: You excel in delivering top-notch service and presentations
Strong Communication: Both your verbal and written communication skills are top-notch
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a good grasp of technology, including mobile devices, apps, and online searches

Preferred

Relevant Experience: Experience in wholesale sales, flooring, or kitchen & bath is a plus
