Responsibilities

Take a significant role in our month close process and help make it more efficient: help adjust and own different BS and P&L accounts

Help manage the company’s reporting requirements for executive leaders - internal and external

Help manage the finance schedules including: fixed assets, prepaid, accruals and inventory

Provide additional support to the finance team when needed by entering invoices, managing and processing payments, reconciling bank and credit card transactions and reviewing Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable aging reports

Required

Ability to prioritize and multitask, time management skills

Ability to problem solve with minimal supervision

Can do it attitude, willing to improve processes, high sense of ownership

Experience with bank reconciliation and credit card reconciliation - a must

Understanding of basic accounting concepts

A team player, adept at building relationships across the organization

Strong problem solving, analytical and communication skills

Tax related experience - a must

Preferred

NetSuite experience - a plus

SalesForce experience - highly preferred
