Responsibilities
Translate new long-form conversations (≈90 min/week) into short-form video
Organize and surface the deep archive of video content from past conferences
Review past conference recordings
Tagging and labeling videos by theme, topic, and tone
Flagging moments with strong narrative or educational potential
Helping build a clear, usable structure for the video library
Surfacing clips that can be repurposed for education, storytelling, or growth
Watch ~90 minutes of new long-form video per week
Identify moments that feel true, resonant, and worth amplifying
Edit 4–6 short-form video clips (45–75s, primarily vertical)
Write concise captions that clarify why the idea matters
Preserve tone, nuance, and emotional intelligence across content
Organize and label clips for seamless handoff to the Growth team
Share brief reflections on patterns noticed in the content or audience
Qualification
Required
Are a college student or early-career creative working to build a powerful portfolio of unique experiences
Enjoy organizing complex material into coherent systems
Think deeply about AI as a human, cultural, and ethical shift
Are drawn to psychology, philosophy, spirituality, or systems thinking
Notice emotional nuance and subtext in conversations
Write clearly and think reflectively
Are reliable, methodical, and comfortable working independently
Have taste, discernment, and patience
Editing tools: CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut, or similar
