Wholesale Women’s Account Executive

ONIA is a modern lifestyle brand inspired by travel and refined ease, seeking a Women’s Wholesale Account Executive to manage and grow its specialty and resort wholesale business. The role involves building long-term relationships with accounts, driving in-season reorders, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure account success.

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of specialty and resort wholesale accounts as the primary point of contact
Drive consistent in-season reorders and replenishment, not just initial seasonal sell-in
Proactively monitor inventory levels and selling trends to identify reorder opportunities
Build account-specific strategies focused on repeat business, depth, and continuity
Maintain accurate order entry, line sheets, and follow-up communication
Deepen understanding of specialty/resort retail calendars, delivery flows, and selling patterns
Partner with accounts on resort timing, core styles, contemporary capsules, and replenishment-friendly assortments
Support stores with product knowledge, merchandising guidance, and sell-through strategies
Identify and help open new specialty, resort, and contemporary accounts aligned with ONIA’s distribution strategy
Travel regularly for market appointments, store visits, and key account meetings
Attend trade shows and regional markets as needed
Build trusted relationships with buyers, owners, and store teams
Represent ONIA with professionalism and strong brand alignment in all external interactions
Track weekly and monthly sales performance by account and style
Analyze sell-through, on-hand inventory, and pricing to drive reorder decisions
Recommend markdown strategies, inventory shifts, or style-level adjustments when needed
Share performance insights and customer feedback with internal teams

Required

3+ years of women's wholesale sales experience, ideally contemporary brands within specialty retail
Proven success in reorder-heavy or replenishment-driven businesses
Strong organizational skills with excellent follow-through
Comfort reviewing selling reports, inventory levels, and reorder opportunities
Proficiency in Excel

Preferred

Experience working with resort, lifestyle, or destination-driven accounts a plus
Experience with NuOrder or similar platforms a plus
