Director of Sales & Partnership
Target Media is a company focused on client engagement and growth through effective marketing strategies. They are seeking a Director of Sales & Partnerships to drive new business development and manage client relationships, leveraging industry expertise and collaboration with internal teams to meet sales goals.

Responsibilities
Responsible for identifying new business opportunities, setting meetings, presenting Target Media’s unique advantages and benefits, negotiating, and closing new business
Expected to utilize an array of methods for outreach, leveraging existing relationships to identify decision makers and stakeholders, utilizing prospecting tools, and any additional resources to create a healthy pipeline
Serve as an industry expert and build rapport by keeping up with the latest industry trends to help expedite the sales process
With the support of the Client Success Team, act as the primary point of contact for all client communications
The Director of Sales & Partnerships will be responsible for communicating client goals, budgets, expectations and strategic objectives to the Chief Growth & Innovation Officer, necessary leadership team members and will review all media plans and presentations prior to client review
Follow all internal processes with accuracy and attention to detail to expedite the sales process to close new business
Effectively manage, support, and communicate with management regarding all appointments, presentations, and pending business
Network within the local community/industry to promote Target Media, capabilities and assets
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Advertising, Communications, or Business degree, or related master's degree
Minimum of 3-6 years' work-related experience
Proven sales experience with a track record of success in exceeding established revenue goals
Exceptional relationship building skills
Understanding of the digital marketing landscape and sales cycles
Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and various other programs as required
Preferred
Deep knowledge of the digital marketing landscape preferred
Experience in the travel, education, home services, retail grocer, and multi-cultural space preferred
