Responsibilities
Lead and supervise commercial refrigeration installation crews on active job sites
Oversee installation of:
Supermarket rack systems
Walk-in coolers and freezers
Display cases and refrigeration components
Ensure installations meet:
Project plans and specifications
Manufacturer standards
Safety and code requirements
Coordinate manpower, materials, and workflow with Project Managers
Train, mentor, and hold crews accountable to Quality, Compliance, and Productivity Standards
Complete daily job reports and maintain accurate project documentation
Troubleshoot installation issues and drive solutions in real time
Qualification
Required
5+ years of commercial refrigeration installation experience
Prior Foreman or Lead experience required
Strong knowledge of supermarket rack and case installations: Hillphoenix, Hussmann, Kysor Warren, RAE Corp (or similar systems)
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
EPA Universal Certification (required)
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Willingness to work night shift, travel as needed, and maintain schedule flexibility
