Hunting is seeking a Project Manager I who will coordinate and manage projects from concept through completion. The role involves developing schedules, adhering to budgets, and maintaining regular communication with customers.

Responsibilities

Coordinate the contract review once awarded

Prepare Microsoft project schedules to define project scope deliverables

Coordinate the following processes/departments associated with manufacturing operations:

Contact Review

Procedures and specifications

Document control

Data book Compilation

Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders

Production Scheduling

Arrange customer meetings to review schedules, issues, and action items

Responsible for monitoring and reporting of all aspects of assigned projects to both internal and external customers. Including schedules, costs, supply chain performance, issues and action items

Anticipate problems and concerns and provide timely solutions

Coordinate drawing and document submittals, approvals, distribution, and revision control

Maintain a strong working relationship with the customer’s third-party inspection companies

Accountable for Progress Billing Report and customer communication regarding aged receivables

Required

3-5 year's experience associated with project management of manufactured and fabricated offshore drilling and production equipment, or similar equipment

Computer literate with emphasis on Microsoft word, Excel, and Project

Knowledge and experience in MRP/ERP systems

Able to read and comprehend engineering drawings

Strong planning and organizational skills

Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate technical data to both technical and non-technical audiences

Experienced in machine shop/welding environment

Must be able to read and comprehend blueprints

Candidates are required to be authorized to work in the United States
