Develop and implement an integrated digital strategy that aligns with organizational goals and brand values
Oversee all paid digital channels (search, social, display, retargeting) with a focus on ROI and lead conversion

Partner with Creative and Communications teams to ensure messaging consistency and data-informed creative

Qualification
Required
7+ years in digital marketing, growth strategy, or performance leadership (finance or mission-driven organization a plus)
Expert in analytics tools (GA4, Looker Studio & Salesforce)
Proven success driving measurable outcomes (leads, conversions, engagement)
Data-driven mindset with creative fluency — able to brief and interpret both
Leadership experience building or scaling cross-functional digital teams
