Responsibilities
Perform business analysis to support decisions for new enhanced solutions by translating business requirements into technical specifications
Create functional and non-functional documentation including user stories, backlog items, and acceptance criteria
Analyze and document business processes, propose improvements, and assess system impacts including data model and flow adjustments
Facilitate alignment between stakeholders and application suppliers to ensure shared understanding and solution clarity
Support testing, training, and implementation activities to ensure successful delivery of IS solutions
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3 years of experience as a business, system, functional, or data analyst
Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM and SFDC configuration
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Proven ability to translate business needs into IS capabilities and influence stakeholders
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and backlog management using Azure DevOps
Proficiency in process mapping tools such as Vision
