Responsibilities

Infuse the Patch Values into your work ethic, every day and every interaction
Meet or exceed new business sales quota in assigned territory
Establish deep understanding of industry and products, including financial modelling, in order to promote and successfully sell Kasasa products and services
Self-generate in-territory leads through cold-calling, networking events, and other means
Timely lead conversion and follow-up
Procure, schedule, and conduct compelling face-to-face sales calls with an on-site first approach
Build and maintain pipeline of new business at established standards
Work collaboratively with other Kasasa departments to achieve desired results
Detailed, timely SFDC/SalesLoft hygiene and tight adherence to sale process and playbook
Establish productive, face-to-face relationships with up to 50% travel
Other duties as assigned

Required

5+ years successful quota sales experience in the financial services industry
Demonstrate success and experience with self-generating territory leads
Collaborative cross functional relationships
Establishing trusting and leverageable relationships with C-level executives
Discovering buyer motivations and implementing 'best action' account plans
Segmenting, targeting, and actively penetrating financial institutions
Networking with, establishing, and leveraging new and existing strategic alliance partner relationships
Delivering strategic, creative, and compelling presentations for retail banking solutions, including financial modelling
Above average ability to drive engaging, persuasive public speaking in formal group and individual settings
Individual independence, self-motivation, and strong work ethic
Compelling presentation, negotiation, and empathic listening skills
Discipline to set and accountability to reliably achieve goals and forecasts
Adaptability, creativity, a team orientation, and an entrepreneurial spirit
This position requires at least 25% travel
Must be legally allowed to work in the U.S
You will be asked to participate in culture related meetings, activities, and events
