Responsibilities

Trade Lifecycle & Blotter Management: Oversee allocation and processing of CDS and OTC derivative trades, ensuring accurate trade flow to ICE, TradeServ, DTCC, and counterparties
Reconciliations & Cash Oversight: Own daily reconciliations of trades, positions, and cash with prime brokers, banks, custodians, and counterparties, resolving breaks independently
PnL & Valuation Oversight: Lead end-of-day PnL processes, identify booking or valuation issues, and escalate risks impacting performance or reporting accuracy
Process Ownership & Automation: Own end-to-end operational workflows while driving automation, scalability, and control enhancements across the platform
Leadership: Partner closely with portfolio managers, traders, risk, finance, and technology teams to ensure seamless daily operations and execution

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required
10-15 years of progressive investment operations experience within a hedge fund or alternative asset manager, with senior-level ownership of core operational workflows
Hands-on experience with TradeServ, ICELink, Enfusion, and Excel, with VBA or automation experience strongly preferred
Deep understanding of CDS, OTC derivatives, trade lifecycle processing, reconciliations, cash management, and hedge fund operations
Proven experience building, automating, and scaling operational processes in a high-volume trading environment
Highly analytical, detail-oriented leader with strong problem-solving skills, sound judgment, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced hedge fund setting

Preferred
