Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of scalable AI/ML models and predictive analytics solutions
Collaborate with stakeholders to define business objectives and translate them into technical requirements
Perform data exploration, feature engineering, and model validation using Python and R
Utilize SQL and big data tools to extract and analyze complex datasets
Develop CI/CD pipelines to automate model training, deployment, and monitoring
Deploy ML models using containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
Conduct ongoing model evaluation, error analysis, and bias reviews to ensure fairness and accuracy
Communicate insights and strategy recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
Lead initiatives to define best practices, create templates, and optimize model-building workflows
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field
5+ years of experience developing and deploying machine learning or predictive models
Strong proficiency in Python, R, and SQL
Hands-on experience with Git, Databricks, and CI/CD automation
Knowledge of containerized deployment using Docker or Kubernetes
Exceptional analytical thinking, problem-solving, and project management skills
Preferred
advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field
