Responsibilities
Ensure accurate project setup in compliance with contractual requirements while meeting the reporting needs of Director and Program Manager
Maintain project timeframes, objectives, and communications
Create and manage documentation and reports for projects
Identify the goals and requirements of each project
Verify data and information and analyze it to suit the direction of a project
Track, forecast and report on project progress including metrics and challenges
Support Contract Deliverable Reports as necessary
Supports various contracts and delivery orders in generating and maintaining databases and reports
Prepares, updates, submits to customer, and logs resumes for contracts approval
Compile, verify accuracy, and sort information according to priorities
Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents
Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations
Respond to queries for information and access relevant files
May be responsible for integrity of certain database information
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work experience
Minimum of 8 years work experience or equivalent experience
Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Power Point skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of government contracting and accounting
Ability to work in Groups or Independently as required
