Responsibilities
Represent clients in business-related litigation, including contract disputes, employment matters, and regulatory compliance cases
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and legal briefs for court filings
Conduct depositions, witness interviews, and trial preparations
Advocate for clients in court hearings, arbitrations, mediations, and administrative proceedings
Develop and implement litigation strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients
Work closely with experts, investigators, and other legal professionals to strengthen cases
Qualification
Required
4+ years of general & commercial litigation experience
Ability to represent clients in business-related litigation, including contract disputes, employment matters, and regulatory compliance cases
Experience in drafting pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and legal briefs for court filings
Conducting depositions, witness interviews, and trial preparations
Advocating for clients in court hearings, arbitrations, mediations, and administrative proceedings
Developing and implementing litigation strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients
Working closely with experts, investigators, and other legal professionals to strengthen cases
Access to DFW Courts mandatory
