Responsibilities
Facilitate and guide agile teams in delivering high-quality products by planning, coordinating, and directing team activities
Ensure impediments are identified and resolved promptly
Foster collaboration and effective communication
Support the Product Owner in backlog management and prioritization
Promote self-organization
Drive continuous improvement
Leverage metrics to monitor team performance
Manage multiple assignments concurrently
Qualification
Required
5+ years of professional experience, with at least 3–4 years as a Scrum Master in an agile environment
Strong knowledge of Scrum and other agile frameworks (Kanban, SAFe)
Proven ability to facilitate agile ceremonies and remove impediments
Skilled in stakeholder communication and conflict resolution
Proficient in agile tools (e.g., Jira, Rally, Confluence)
Solid understanding of metrics and reporting for team performance
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Growth mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
Preferred
Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) certification
Experience working in scaled agile environments
Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
