Revenue Growth Management Intern - Summer 2026

Perdue Farms is a fourth-generation, family-owned food and agricultural business focused on creating premium protein products. The Revenue Growth Management Internship offers students hands-on experience in Revenue Growth Management within the CPG and Food Production sectors, including collaboration with cross-functional teams and project completion.

Food and Beverage

Responsibilities

Understand RGM functions (i.e. pricing strategies, promotional activities, etc.)
Gain basic understanding of syndicated data and how it is used
Learn basic PowerBI skills (report viewing and manipulation)
Understanding of basic financials
Collaborate with cross-functional team members to understand the CSBP/Revenue Growth Management process
Complete a project that will utilize the skills learned during the 10-12 week internship. Provide weekly project updates to manager. Present final project at the end of internship

Required

Must be a rising Sophomore, Junior or Senior currently pursuing a Bachelors degree at an accredited university in a relevant field of study
Must have a minimum of a 3.0 GPA or higher
Must be proficient Microsoft Office and able to learn new software
Possess strong analytical, communication and time management skills
Demonstrates leadership and teamwork skills
Understand RGM functions (i.e. pricing strategies, promotional activities, etc.)
Gain basic understanding of syndicated data and how it is used
Learn basic PowerBI skills (report viewing and manipulation)
Understanding of basic financials

Preferred

3.25 GPA or higher is highly preferred
Strongly prefer a rising Junior or Senior who has completed at least 2 college-level communication courses
