Required

Have a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
Have two years of experience in workflow analysis, procedures manual writing, or operational analysis
Have an equivalent combination of education and experience
Knowledge of the principles and practices of administrative analysis
Ability to develop administrative procedures and forms
Ability to conduct administrative and organizational studies and make recommendations for improvements
Ability to collect, compile and analyze data
Ability to assemble information for and prepare reports
Ability to deal with City government personnel effectively
Ability to express ideas and abstract thoughts clearly both in written and oral form
Ability to interpret the administrative policies and procedures of Baltimore City government
