Qualification
Required
Have a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
Have two years of experience in workflow analysis, procedures manual writing, or operational analysis
Have an equivalent combination of education and experience
Knowledge of the principles and practices of administrative analysis

Ability to conduct administrative and organizational studies and make recommendations for improvements
