Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain desktop infrastructure solutions to support organizational needs and user efficiency
Provide advanced troubleshooting and resolution for complex hardware, software, and connectivity issues related to desktop systems
Document, manage, and execute the setup, relocation, and configuration of desktop technologies and peripherals
Maintain and support desktop management tools and services, including remote control utilities, software deployment platforms, endpoint protection, and patch management
Respond to and resolve escalated user tickets and service requests, ensuring high levels of customer service and minimal downtime
Ensure the security, compliance, and integrity of desktop systems by applying best practices and adhering to organizational standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to assess needs, evaluate emerging technologies, and support strategic IT initiatives
Plan and execute the deployment of desktop hardware and software, including large-scale rollouts and system upgrades
Create and maintain technical documentation related to desktop infrastructure, procedures, and support guides
Participate in the lifecycle management of desktop assets, including inventory control and hardware refresh planning
Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to enhance system reliability and user experience
Train and mentor junior team members, providing technical expertise and guidance as needed
Perform other duties as assigned to support enterprise IT operations and projects
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Reliable high-speed internet connection is required for all remote/hybrid positions
Must have access to stable Wi-Fi with sufficient bandwidth to support video conferencing, cloud-based tools, and other online work-related activities
A HIPAA-compliant work environment is required, including a secure workspace free from unauthorized access or interruptions, no use of public Wi-Fi unless connected through a secure company-provided VPN, and compliance with all applicable HIPAA privacy and security regulations
