Territory Sales Manager
Auris is a trusted payroll and HR partner serving small and medium-sized businesses across the U.S. They are seeking a Territory Sales Manager to identify and nurture new business opportunities while promoting their payroll and HR solutions. The role involves developing customer relationships, managing a sales pipeline, and collaborating with internal teams for client acquisition and retention.
Responsibilities
Identifying and nurturing new business opportunities
Developing strong customer relationships
Meeting sales goals while promoting Auris’s payroll and HR solutions
Presenting and delivering solutions tailored to customer needs
Managing a sales pipeline
Providing training to ensure customer success
Collaborating with internal teams to support client acquisition and retention
Qualification
Required
Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage and interact effectively with clients and team members
Proven Sales and Sales Management experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Strong Customer Service and relationship-building skills to understand client needs and foster customer satisfaction
Ability to deliver effective Training to clients and team members on products and services
Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Preferred
Proficiency in CRM tools and sales platforms is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
