Responsibilities
Lead and develop a high-performing team overseeing maintenance, operations, infrastructure, and landscaping
Manage 24/7 property operations and preventative maintenance programs across large-scale mixed-use facilities
Oversee capital projects — from HVAC, roofing, and lighting to major infrastructure and environmental initiatives
Partner with Leasing and Development on tenant buildouts, renovations, and new construction within a live environment
Manage vendor contracts, budgets, and capital planning to ensure operational excellence and cost control
Foster a culture of safety, service, and continuous improvement across all departments
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Construction, or a related field
7–10 years of progressive experience in operations, facilities, or property management — ideally in large campus or mixed-use environments
Proven success leading managers/supervisors and 24/7 operational teams
Strong background in capital planning, budgeting, and vendor management
Collaborative leader with exceptional communication, organization, and analytical skills
