Responsibilities
Prepare, label, and document samples according to the standard procedure
Perform routine, semi-routine, and complex duties associated with various aspects of analytical testing according to the standard laboratory procedures
Prepare reagents, buffers, and samples
Maintain accurate records and report test results in a timely manner
Clean and maintain all glassware and equipment
Operates laboratory equipment as detailed in the laboratory procedure
Participate in training to improve the accuracy, precision, and efficiency
Perform other laboratory tasks when needed
Qualification
Required
B.S. in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology or a related field
Excellent laboratory skills
Detail-oriented
Good communication, interpersonal and time management skills
Ability to work as a team member and independently
Preferred
Basic computer, including Microsoft Excel, and math skills
