Behavioral Health Training Facilitator

Responsibilities

Deliver CFRC/CFRA-approved and E2O-endorsed trainings virtually or in person, ensuring sessions are trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and engaging
Adapt content and delivery methods to fit diverse audiences and learning goals
Collaborate with the E2O team to refine materials, maintain quality standards, and integrate current evidence-based practices
Track participation, collect feedback, and report training outcomes
Participate in E2O meetings and peer-learning sessions to support continuous improvement and uphold program excellence
Stay informed on emerging research and trends impacting behavioral health, trauma-informed care, and family development

Required

Active CFRC or CFRA certification recognized in Michigan
Demonstrated experience in facilitating adult learning or professional development workshops
Commitment to trauma-informed, person-centered, and culturally responsive approaches
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet contractual deadlines
Background in counseling, therapy, psychology, social work, or pastoral counseling (LPC, LMSW, LLPC, LLMSW, etc.)
Experience as a group facilitator, educator, or trainer in behavioral health, community safety, or family support
2–3 years of experience working directly with children, families, or vulnerable populations
Knowledge of Michigan's behavioral-health landscape, including community-based and system-level services
Comfort using digital training tools (Zoom, Teams, PowerPoint, Canva, or similar)
