Responsibilities
Respond quickly to inbound seller leads via phone, text, and email
Conduct structured intake calls to understand motivation, timeline, condition, and price expectations
Qualify leads and determine next steps
Route qualified opportunities to the acquisitions team for offers
Follow up persistently with homeowners until they move forward or opt out
Maintain accurate and detailed notes in the CRM
Track daily and weekly activity metrics (calls made, contacts reached, appointments set)
Meet or exceed performance goals
Provide feedback to leadership on objections, lead quality, and market trends
Qualification
Required
Able to work full-time, in person at our Lafayette, LA office
Comfortable making and receiving a high volume of phone calls daily
Strong listening skills and ability to ask good questions
Able to follow a structured sales process and scripts
Organized and detail-oriented with accurate CRM documentation
Coachable, dependable, and motivated by performance-based pay
Comfortable handling objections and difficult conversations
Reliable transportation to and from the office
Preferred
Inside sales, call center, or phone-based sales experience
Experience using a CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
Real estate, mortgage, or home services experience
