Responsibilities

Act as an internal consultant on HR issues for assigned business units
Lead investigations, conflict management, and performance improvement plans
Interpret and implement policies; ensure compliance with employment law
Manage complex leave cases, accommodations, and return-to-work programs
Drive cross-functional projects and present training sessions as needed

Required

Bachelor's degree in HR or related field (or equivalent experience)

HR certifications (SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR)
Experience with Workday and HR Acuity
