Employee Relations Business Partner

They are seeking an Employee Relations Partner to act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, driving performance management initiatives and ensuring compliance with policies and employment law.
Responsibilities
Act as an internal consultant on HR issues for assigned business units
Lead investigations, conflict management, and performance improvement plans
Interpret and implement policies; ensure compliance with employment law
Manage complex leave cases, accommodations, and return-to-work programs
Drive cross-functional projects and present training sessions as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field (or equivalent experience)
8+ years of Employee Relations or relevant HR experience
Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
Preferred
HR certifications (SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR)
Experience with Workday and HR Acuity
