Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)- Full Time/ In Person
Connect n Care ABA is a growing behavioral health organization dedicated to providing stellar Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) services. As a BCBA, you will conduct assessments, customize treatment plans, supervise technicians, and collaborate with families to improve the lives of individuals on the Autism Spectrum.

Responsibilities
Conduct functional and skill based assessments including Vineland, VB-MAPP, AFLS, etc
Customize treatment plans to address the child's deficits based on assessment results
Work effectively with parents and conduct family training sessions to guide parents on continuing implementation
Direct and effectively supervise Registered Behavior Technicians
Organize, review, and maintain data collection for ABA programs
Supervise ongoing ABA programs, assess their performance, and adjust as appropriate
Develop behavior plans and programs to reduce problem behaviors and teach functional skills
Collaborate with peers, leaders, and other team members
Qualification
Required
Current certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Minimum 2 years experience working with the ASD population
Experience supervising BCBA candidates and RBTs
Experience with various assessment tools including Vineland, VB-MAPP, and AFLS
Strong leadership skills
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Preferred
At least 1 year of home-based ABA experience is highly preferred
