Responsibilities
Develop and implement evidence-based programs, policies, and organizational structures
Analyze effectiveness of strategies used by programs, policies, and organizations
Evaluate factors contributing to variability in program or organizational performance
Support refinement and development of support agreements
Provide technical writing, quality assurance (QA), and program reporting
Deliver decision support to senior leaders and assist with industrial base management
Conduct continuous improvement analysis using internal and benchmark data
Support daily operational processes, including surge requirements
Develop, refine, and monitor metrics to identify risks and improvement opportunities
Perform statistical analyses of production, schedules, performance, services, and product usage
Conduct business process mapping and performance measurement activities
Maintain accurate record-keeping for visualization, production, communications, and dissemination activities
Ensure quality and consistency across visualizations, briefings, and reporting products
Conduct ad hoc and recurring analytic tasks such as surveys, stakeholder analyses, and process improvement studies
Qualification
Required
Active TS/SCI clearance with a CI poly (must be in place prior to start)
5–7+ years of Business Analyst experience
Prior Military Experience required
Proven CTR experience supporting complex mission environments

College education preferred
