The Customer Service Representative will efficiently process customer orders, manage communication with clients, and collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Efficiently process customer orders received through various channels
Review paperwork associated with orders for accuracy and completeness
Follow up promptly on any discrepancies or missing information
Liaise with the warehouse team to ensure seamless order fulfillment
Collaborate on inventory status, product availability, and any special requirements for cold storage
Manage heavy email and phone call volume professionally and efficiently
Follow up with internal and external customers in a timely manner
Regularly audit system and/or reports to identify and address any discrepancies
Take corrective actions to maintain order accuracy and customer satisfaction
Work effectively as part of a team and independently as needed

Qualification

Customer service experienceMicrosoft programsOrganizational skillsCommunication skillsAttention to detail

Required

Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
Working knowledge of Microsoft programs (e.g., Outlook, Excel, Word)
Possess excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment with accuracy and attention to detail
