Responsibilities

Lead customer discovery sessions to understand current processes, pain points, and business goals - even when customers struggle to articulate them

Translate ambiguous or resistant requirements into actionable implementation plans that align with our product's capabilities and roadmap

Guide change-averse stakeholders through solution adoption with empathy, clarity, and structured guidance

Own the full implementation lifecycle from requirements gathering through configuration, testing, training, and go-live support

Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Success teams to advocate for customer needs and contribute to product evolution

Build repeatable (but flexible) approaches as you go, helping lay the groundwork for future scaling without rigid processes

Prioritize usability and long-term maintainability over temporary workarounds

Educate and train customers in best practices and usage while tailoring solutions to fit their unique requirements

Set the tone for a long-term customer relationship by delivering early wins and creating a roadmap to ongoing success
