Responsibilities

Manage the recruiting process from initial client contact to execution of the completed search
Develop strong relationships with technology and/or business professionals
Build key relationships with decision makers and consult with them on their needs for top talent
Develop a base of clients as well as manage existing relationships with current clients in the Phoenix marketplace
Manage a sales pipeline, which will involve sales prospecting, direct marketing and outside client presentations
Identify and build relationships with talented middle management and executive level IT professionals and match their talents with open searches

Required

Must be local to the Sacramento, CA area
Background in information technology, sales or recruiting
Proven ability to develop strong relationships with technology and/or business professionals
Effective at persuading and influencing executives
Build key relationships with decision makers
Consult with clients on their needs for top talent
Develop a base of clients and manage existing relationships
Manage a sales pipeline, which will involve sales prospecting, direct marketing and outside client presentations
Build key relationships with hiring officials at leading Fortune 500 companies, start-ups, and mid-market companies
Identify and build relationships with talented middle management and executive level IT professionals
Understand candidate's career aspirations and professional goals
Bachelor's degree preferred, or five (5) years professional work experience will be considered in lieu of a degree
Proficient at cold calling, providing solutions, growing the account, reviewing metrics, and delivering presentations
Manages time, sets priorities, meets deadlines, handles multiple tasks simultaneously
Builds relationships, interacts positively with all levels of people, remains current on labor & employment laws
Proficiently uses Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Delivers well-received verbal and written messages in both one-on-one and group settings
Displays relentless competitiveness in a fast-paced, rewarding environment
