Responsibilities
Responsible for completing day-to-day operational tasks related to the oversight of vendor services supporting the US Banks, including mortgage origination services
Monitor and respond to appraisal escalation requests from Home Loans
Review monthly reports and escalate to management when necessary
Provide client service to the field: handle incoming emails
Escalation of issues to management and provide recommendations for resolution
Participate in projects and training when needed to take notes and meeting minutes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor degree, ideally in Operations, Finance, Accounting, or business-related fields
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.) and Adobe Acrobat
Communication Skills - fluent in English, clear written and verbal communication
Technically adapt to working with new systems
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate information to a range of audiences
Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for tasks
Adaptable team player
Detail oriented and ability to adhere to strict timelines
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast pace environment
Analytical skills
Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources
