Responsibilities

Develop and implement safety policies, procedures, and training programs
Ensure compliance with OSHA, MNOSHA, and local regulations
Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments
Lead investigations of workplace incidents and implement corrective actions
Manage regulatory reporting and maintain safety certifications
Promote safety culture through communication and leadership engagement

Required

Associate's degree in safety management or related field (or equivalent experience)
3–5 years of progressive safety experience in a corporate or multi-site environment

Preferred

Bachelor's degree and professional certifications (CSP, ASP)
10+ years of industrial safety experience
Experience managing safety programs across multiple locations
