Qualification
Required
Expertise in Planned Giving, Philanthropy, and Annual Giving initiatives
Proficiency in Budgeting and financial planning
Strong Project Management skills to oversee and deliver development initiatives effectively
Ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with donors and key stakeholders
Strategic thinking with the ability to translate goals into actionable development strategies
Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
Preferred
Advanced degree in Business, Finance, Nonprofit Management, or related field preferred
Experience in the financial services or investment sector is a plus
