Associate Director-Systems Engineering

The Associate Director of Systems Engineering will analyze Data Center trends and customer needs to develop a competitive product and solutions strategy, while collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of projects.
Responsibilities
Collect and analyze emerging trends in Data Center build and operation
Assess customer needs (hyperscalers, colos, others) and understand the technical solutions from competition
Understand elements of product / system differentiation combining HVAC equipment and controls. Analyze trade-offs
Translate needs into a strategy for products and solutions offering
Define the solution architecture and derive system level requirements
Breakdown system technical requirements into sub-system technical requirements
Drive enterprise level design synergies through the development of global platforms and solutions
Collaborate effectively with customers, product management, and various global stakeholders to align technical requirements and create a scalable, cost-efficient solution
Foster strong relationships with stakeholders across the business to ensure alignment and successful implementation of Data Center projects
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering Discipline
15+ years of industry experience working with Data Center customers on cooling system solutions
