Supervise and support Program Team Leaders

Collaborate with clinical teams, service coordinators, and community partners
Promote quality, safety, and person-centered outcomes
Support staff development and continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage complex situations and competing priorities
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Preferred
Leadership experience in human services
