Confidencial is seeking an Operations Director to lead and oversee the company’s overall operations strategy. The role focuses on translating corporate strategy into operational plans, driving excellence, and building high-performing teams.

Lead and oversee the company’s overall operations strategy to ensure alignment with business goals and long-term growth
Translate corporate strategy into scalable operational plans, processes, and performance frameworks
Drive operational excellence by optimizing workflows, systems, and organizational structures
Partner with executive leadership and department heads to improve cross-functional collaboration and execution
Establish, track, and report on key operational KPIs, ensuring accountability and continuous improvement
Identify operational risks, inefficiencies, and resource gaps; develop and implement mitigation strategies
Oversee budget planning, resource allocation, and operational cost management
Build, lead, and develop high-performing operations teams, including leadership development and succession planning
Lead major operational initiatives, transformations, and change management efforts
Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or a related discipline
8+ years of progressive experience in operations management, including senior leadership roles
Proven ability to lead large or multi-functional teams and manage complex operational environments
Strong strategic mindset with the ability to translate vision into execution
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
Excellent executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
Demonstrated experience in process optimization, operational scaling, and organizational design
Preferred
Experience in finance, investment, technology, healthcare, or other regulated industries is a plus
