Responsibilities

Investigate all exterior work using Google Earth before calling for information to familiarize SERVCON with the customer layout and surrounding area
Save aerial in Drive
Manage the full scope of assigned projects, from initial ticket vetting, scope validation, contractor procurement, to final project delivery and invoicing - meeting all KPI requirements, SOP's, SLA's, and communication standards on each job
Evaluate potential safety risks or liability concerns on-site and throughout the job lifecycle and exercise the authority to elevate or halt projects to protect the customer, company, and/or Service Contractor from safety, liability, or negative financial impacts
Establish professional relationships with Service Contractors, customers, clients, vendors, and internal SERVCON team
Execute and meet all of SERVCON's Service Standards, KPI's, SOP's, and customer SLA's
Work directly with KAM's to create, develop, and execute financial targets for the year both personally and for assigned accounts
Support in the creation and improvement of customer SOP's
Assist KAM's in identifying new revenue growth areas for assigned accounts
Assist KAM's in developing account-specific and scope-specific trainings
Strategically source, vet, and procure new service contractors, ensuring they meet rigorous compliance standards, including insurance, licensing, and documentation requirements
Exercise independent judgment in negotiating costs with contractors to maintain a target cumulative gross profit (GP) of 38% or higher
Establish and justify market-reflective pricing for customers, ensuring all quotes align with company financial goals and customer expectations
Authorize and issue 'Contracts of Approval' on all work prior to the commencement of work to contractors, managing the commitment of company funds within established thresholds for payment terms, material acquisitions, deposits, progression payments, and credit card use
Responsible for accurate project financial tracking, including quote reviews, material breakdowns, credit card logs, labor rates, payment terms, and the mitigation of financial losses
Independently address customer complaints and manage the (QC) process to prevent brand damage or financial loss
Oversee the organization and integrity of the project 'DRIVE,' and Utilize Core, ensuring all legal and operational documentation is complete and archived
Identify and bring to leadership attention any potential safety, liability issue or concern that would negatively impact the customer, service contractor, and/or SERVCON
Ensure proper disclaimers are added to each quote using leadership as a resource on an as-needed basis to protect SERVCON and mitigate financial losses as well as manage customer expectations
Be prepared and actively participate in company weekly 1 on 1's, 30 for 30's, account meetings, QBR's, annual meetings, and reviews
Report any unsafe, hazardous, or threatening work environment to Human Resources

Required

Ability to work with minimal supervision, particularly during EOCS shifts or while working remotely
Ability to negotiate and justify complex pricing structures to both customers, service contractors, and SERVCON
Participation in weekly 1-on-1s and annual reviews to contribute to company strategy and operational efficiency
Effective time management skills to manage your day according to customer SLA's, priority, and time zone
Leading 360-degree communication between vendors, internal teams, and high-level client contacts throughout the project lifecycle
Apply critical thinking to adapt project scopes, schedules, and workflows in response to changing customer needs or unforeseen site scenarios
Evaluating and adapting project scopes in real-time based on site-specific scenarios, changes in customer requests, or time-zone constraints
