Heavy Excel work; constructing integrated portfolio forecasts and budget models
Comfortable working with large data sets and drawing conclusions from data analysis
IRR Sensitivity and scenario analysis
Waterfall-return calculations
Some financial reporting; month-end packages, stacks, KPI's and related financial reporting

Qualification

Microsoft Excel modelingQuantitative financial skillsInvestment banking experienceFinance degreeCFA certificationReal estate acquisitions experienceVerbal communicationWritten communication

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance or Accounting; MBA or CFA preferred
4+ years' of relevant experience
Expert in Microsoft Excel modeling and analysis
Strong quantitative financial skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Investment banking background or significant real estate acquisitions and operational analysis experience
