Responsibilities
Oversee and direct construction management
Work collaboratively with engineering & production to ensure proper project construction
Communicate with contractors, designers and production regarding project costs, staffing, and scheduling
Prepare project status reports and ensure plans adhere to project specifications
Purchase/procure quality materials, supplies, and services at the best price within acceptable project time frames
Coordinate with other departments to produce all-inclusive project estimates ensuring bid and BOM accuracy
Utilize sound judgment and experience to accomplish goals
Stay organized and focused in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Qualification
Required

Ability to oversee and direct construction management

Adept at preparing project status reports and works to ensure plans adhere to project specifications
