New Grad, Entry LevelAccion Labs is seeking a Software Engineer – Level 1 to design and develop solutions for an enterprise SaaS platform. The role involves working with various teams to develop scalable and maintainable features while ensuring software quality and reliability.

Responsibilities
Design/Develop solutions that are scalable and maintainable
Develop features working with Product Managers, Engineering scrum team, Client Operations, and Sales Teams
Provides input into coding standards, code reviews and best practices with focus on continuous improvement of platform reliability and scalability
Drives research, case studies, and prototypes on innovative technologies and how they can be leveraged
Develops proofs-of-concept solutions in collaboration with development teams
Ensure software meets all requirements of quality, security, modifiability, extensibility, etc
Create diagrams, flowcharts and models that illustrate the type of code needed for developers
Being able to efficiently identify and resolve issues that arise during the design, testing and maintenance processes using problem-solving skills
Qualification
Required
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or equivalent certifications/bootcamp/experience
Understanding of Programming languages and platforms like C#/Java, React/Angular, Python, Cloud-Services – Azure preferred
Familiarity of Agile/Scrum Process
Translate functional requirements to design
Working knowledge of development frameworks, libraries, utilities etc
Preferred
Analytics Visualization tools/designs using Power BI
Database development experience (Azure SQL/Snowflake)
