Responsibilities
HR Transaction Management: Process high-volume employee data changes in HR systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with service standards
Workflow Tracking: Monitor transactions using CRM tools and workflows, coordinating with employees, managers, and HR partners
Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve data issues, escalating to management as needed for timely correction
Auditing & Quality Control: Conduct audits to maintain accuracy and consistency of employee master data
Stakeholder Support: Collaborate with HR, IT, and business teams while maintaining strong customer service and confidentiality
Qualification
Required
1-3 years in high-volume HR transactional processing
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Advanced Excel skills including sorting, formulas, data organization, and audit functions
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Service-focused mindset
Ability to manage confidential information while prioritizing tasks under defined SLAs
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Preferred experience in HRIS platforms and employee data management
