Technical Product Management
SoTalent is seeking a Senior Digital Product Manager to lead innovative, AI-driven solutions that transform the contact center experience. This role is focused on leveraging Generative AI to empower insurance agents during live customer interactions, improving efficiency, insight delivery, and overall service quality.
Responsibilities
Defining and driving the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for GenAI-enabled agent support tools
Identifying manual, inefficient processes and delivering scalable automation and digital solutions
Owning the full product lifecycle—from concept and development through launch, iteration, and retirement
Leading and developing a high-performing Digital and Technical Product Management team
Managing day-to-day team execution, capacity planning, and delivery outcomes
Overseeing end-to-end product management for a portfolio, product line, or major business segment
Translating business strategy into clear product roadmaps aligned to technology capabilities
Applying modern product management practices across digital, data, and emerging technology domains
Driving improved business outcomes through innovation, strategic thinking, and customer-centric design
Guiding teams in the use of data, analytics, and feedback loops to optimize user experience and KPIs
Establishing best practices for insights gathering, experimentation, and decision-making
Navigating ambiguity and influencing stakeholders to drive alignment, clarity, and execution
Partnering closely with senior leaders, engineers, designers, vendors, and platform teams
Ensuring risk, compliance, and governance requirements are integrated into all product initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
8+ years of digital or technology product management experience
(or advanced degree with 6+ years experience)
Experience across strategy, innovation, UX, analytics, process engineering, or experimentation
3+ years leading direct teams or matrixed, cross-functional groups
Strong strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder influence skills
Solid business acumen paired with deep technical and customer experience understanding
Familiarity with modern digital platforms, emerging technologies, and data-driven decision-making
Hands-on experience in Agile, Lean Product Development, and Lean Portfolio Management environments
Knowledge of experience design, human-centered design, journey mapping, and roadmap development
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments with minimal supervision
Demonstrated people leadership and talent development capabilities
Preferred
Strong foundational knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, particularly applied to product innovation and automation
Experience with contact center technologies and agent-facing platforms
Proven success building and managing strategic product roadmaps
Advanced prioritization skills using business value, customer impact, and data insights
Deep practical experience with Agile delivery frameworks
Ability to define and communicate a compelling product vision aligned to enterprise strategy
Expertise in gathering, documenting, and translating requirements across diverse stakeholders
Strong stakeholder and dependency management skills across platforms and teams
Experience conducting cost-benefit and ROI analyses for technology investments
Familiarity with automation technologies such as RPA, workflow tools, and AI-driven automation
Experience integrating APIs and managing system interoperability
End-to-end product management expertise from discovery through post-launch optimization
