Responsibilities

Review plans, speciﬁcations, RFQs, and contracts to prepare budgets, estimates, and proposals

Develop accurate cost estimates

Coordinate with partners and BIM team to support design development and drawings

Develop and manage production and ﬁeld schedules

Track and control project costs, including labor, materials, and equipment

Procure materials, equipment, subcontracted services; maintain required documentation

Manage labor productivity and ﬁeld labor control

Prepare and submit change orders and scope revisions

Review and approve project expenditures; manage billings and retainage

Ensure subcontractor and vendor compliance with job site safety requirements

Maintain project records, metrics, and reporting

Ensure contract compliance, closeout documentation, and warranty completion

Communicate with clients to support successful project delivery and repeat business

Build and maintain strong relationships with team, customers, and trade partners
