Responsibilities
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams for Guidewire implementations (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter)
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories aligned with insurance processes
Conduct workshops and stakeholder interviews to understand underwriting, claims, and billing workflows
Translate business needs into Guidewire functional designs, ensuring alignment with out-of-the-box capabilities and best practices
Support configuration and integration requirements with external systems (rating, payments, document management, reporting)
Qualification
Required
Strong experience as a Business Analyst in Guidewire implementations
Hands-on knowledge of Guidewire PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, and/or BillingCenter
Solid understanding of P&C insurance processes (Underwriting, Claims, Billing)
Experience with Agile methodologies, Jira, Confluence, and requirement management tools
Ability to create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and data mappings
Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
Guidewire certification(s)
Experience with Guidewire Cloud (GCP)
Exposure to integration tools, APIs, and data/reporting platforms
