Responsibilities

Configure and tailor Sales Hub entities such as Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, and Activities

Create and manage forms, views, dashboards, and business rules

Establish sales processes, pipelines, and workflows

Ensure the effective management of data quality, security roles, and user access

Design and develop Canvas and Model-Driven apps linked to Sales Hub (Dataverse)

Create custom applications to assist with sales, approvals, quoting, and reporting

Enhance user experience for both mobile and web platforms

Develop automated workflows such as:

Lead routing

Deal approvals

Notifications and reminders

Data synchronization

Integrate Sales Hub with tools like Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, ERP systems, or external APIs

Train and support end users on utilizing Sales Hub and custom Power Apps

Translate business needs into effective system solutions

Provide documentation, guidance, and ongoing improvements for the system

Maintain Dataverse data models

Support Power BI and Sales Hub reporting

Ensure accurate tracking of pipeline and sales performance
