Responsibilities

Support FP&A by building budgets, forecasts, and financial models that guide business decisions
Prepare and review financial reports, dashboards, and executive briefing packages, ensuring accuracy and actionable insights
Conduct ad hoc financial analysis and cost-benefit evaluations to support projects, risk assessments, and performance improvements
Collaborate with business leaders to track performance against budgets, analyze variances, and challenge assumptions
Maintain data integrity across financial systems (i.e. Workday, Adaptive Planning, Tableau) and drive continuous improvement in reporting processes
Partner with stakeholders and Investor Relations to deliver clear, impactful presentations and financial insights for senior leadership

Required

4+ years of experience in FP&A or corporate finance, with a strong track record in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
Hands-on expertise with Workday Financials, Adaptive Planning, and OfficeConnect for reporting and data integrity
Advanced skills in financial modelling, data analysis, and dashboard creation, translating complex data into actionable insights
Demonstrated proficiency in Excel with capability to build and manage complex spreadsheets
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with experience working on large data sets
Collaborative team player who can also work independently, demonstrating curiosity and a continuous learning mindset
