Optomi, in partnership with an industry leading client, is looking for a Site Reliability Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of scalable, resilient, and secure infrastructure systems. This role requires deep expertise in systems engineering, infrastructure automation, and reliability practices, focusing on performance optimization and continuous improvements in system resilience and observability.

Responsibilities

Define and measure service reliability through SLIs, SLOs for various applications with the client

Leverages logs, traces, and metrics to extract actionable insights, proactively identify system anomalies, and drive continuous improvements in system health, performance, and reliability

Perform capacity planning, conduct performance profiling, and execute system tuning to support scalability, enhance reliability, and optimize system performance across distributed environments

Collaborate with Agile teams to ensure new features meet reliability and performance standards

Participate in incident response, and postmortem analysis to drive continuous improvement

Implement and maintain observability tools

Ensure compliance with security, legal, and regulatory requirements

Design, develop, and maintain dashboards to monitor and visualize application performance, enabling real-time insights and proactive issue resolution
