Develop and present comprehensive consulting strategies that align with client goals and industry standards
Collaborate with internal teams to customize and implement solutions, ensuring seamless integration and adoption
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior consultants, fostering professional development and knowledge sharing
Monitor project progress, analyze outcomes, and adjust strategies to maximize client value and satisfaction
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies to inform consulting practices
Contribute to the development and refinement of consulting tools, templates, and best practices
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a consulting role with direct client engagement
Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and delivering client-focused solutions including AI expertise
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and business metrics
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders
MSP Experience
Preferred
Experience within AI technology or business systems industry
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and digital transformation initiatives
Demonstrated leadership experience in managing consulting teams or projects
