Comprehensive understanding of food preparation, quality control, and kitchen operations
Proficient in operational strategy development, problem-solving, and process improvement to optimize productivity
Exceptional communication skills and ability to work closely with cross-functional teams effectively
Knowledge of food safety standards, industry regulations, and health compliance practices
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Culinary Arts, or a related field, or equivalent experience
10+ years of leadership experience in large-scale food manufacturing, meal production, or commissary operations
Proven ability to scale teams and systems through growth and operational transformation
Preferred
Experience in LEAN or EOS environments strongly preferred
Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
